Contribuiți la feedbackWe had reserved a table for the 16.1.2016 for the breakfast. For security reasons, I wanted to check the reservation by phone on the eve. Although this should be open locally, I could not reach anyone by phone, and wrote an email. shortly after that I received the answer, there was a big water damage over the celebration and the restaurant was therefore closed until the end of January. Although you had asked my phone number during the reservation, you had not found it worth telling me about it and canceling my reservation! if I hadn't reported, six people would have stood before the closed local!Trotz multiple attempts by email to arrange a new date for a reservation, this was not possible until today (!) my last emails were no longer reacted. so you can also manage a restaurant! customer service looks different for me! also the homepage of the local is currently offline. apparently, the operators do not intend to re-block at all.
The breakfast was always very good although the service earlier was faster and friendly. a nice selection. in the evening as bare it is not at all. much too loud and 30min waitingyeit for 3 drinks is too much.
Ambiente would actually be nice, but the service just was bad!Hatte a good license otherwise I would have been depressed.We were there for breakfast at 10 o'clock. the local was full and apparently only 2 waiters in the service. one only for service of a service plus bar. we ordered after 3 times asking and the coffee came a 3/4 hour after which we arrived! water was not offered at all and we received this even after 2-3 times request!The waiters were very annoyed and unfriendly!It seemed like a coworker was sick, but I am the paying hos and I demand at least ease! this is a service and so I can also ask for this horrendous journey! a brief explanation why everything takes longer and just put a carafe water on the table and then everything would not be so negatiw! We were there longer than all other breakfast guests and were not asked if we would like to consume something, even though we were almost alone in the local community.
We have eaten a 4-course menu, at a really good price. eating was absolute class with perfect portion sizes and was served without great delays. the service was very friendly and worked professional. the only negative was the somewhat too small table.
Mädelsrunde, 4-course menu order, good mood - actually this should be a successful evening. great expectations we had at least.appetizer(s): salat or suppe, main course steak with sweet potato puree, dessert: sweet variation.The local is very nicely furnished, but as in previous reviews already to read, the tables are extremely close together and you can be glad to have been at the place, not the beside table was served.Principle it would have been privatabese too. that was really very good, but I had a relatively large piece of nut shell in my piece brot (considered first on a kieselstein) and when I pointed out the service staff politely, I was only told, "that can happen already!" and just went on. what? We ordered our steak medium - the result was "medium-rare". After my criticism to the nutshell has already been accepted so successfully, I ate my **** steak : (the waiter then has my half-empty/half-rich weinserved - because he did not look exactly that there was still half in there. definitiw a fauxpas!The absolute high point formed the dessert variation: Marillenbisquitroulade(?something unique for such a restaurant!) and an alleged panna cotta that could be handled tastefully only identify as panna cotta because at the bottom the vanillemark was to be seen.
