Wooden Bakery - Vienna

The best bread in Northern Virginia! It's definitely worth the trip, as they bake fresh several times a week. They offer a variety of sizes and quantities. My family exclusively eats this bread!

Dropping by Al Nakheel Market yesterday morning, Wednesday, April 27, 2022 to pick up a few things discovering it permanently closed I came to Wooden Bakery finding a wide variety Mediterranean groceries and brands in a funky warehouse style space. I bought pita bread, spicy hummus, ghee, baby cornichons and pitted dates . I believe prices are reasonable although, as is the case in my experience shopping at ethnic markets, many goods do not have price labels on them nor prices posted on display shelfs finding out the price when groceries are rung up. Delighted that WB has Apple Pay.
