Very innovative.... Indian food adapted to Western style. Quick service. Really tasty food... Ordered a rice bowl and a paneer pizza. The Paneer pizza was so delicious! Must try!!! With tamarind sauce and tofu for protein option. Filling quantity. Heavier side for Indians especially. Mali Kulfi was tasty as well!
Indo American fusion restaurant. With Naan as base and korma, palak masala, paneer butter masala etc as sauce and various toppings and chutneys, their Naan Pizza is their signature dish and a must try. Samosa burger was okayish and they also have a variety of other Indian dishes. They weren't much authentic though. Also, their mango lassi was good. Didn't quiet like masala chai.
Got some samosas this evening and I must say that I’m thoroughly disappointed as they were double fried (ie samosas made earlier in the day were refried and served), dripping with oil and totally inedible (unless one likes high cholesterol levels). What good is an Indian eatery which can’t even get fresh samosas right?Today was our first time at this spice6 since 2019 in the hope that something would have changed for the better over last few years but things are still the same. Back in 2019 we stopped going here because of increased costs and drop in quality of dosas and idly.
Vegan Friendly: Yes, you are in good hands! Exterior and Interior: The exterior is clean and have seating outside which is great as we were able to enjoy the great weather. The interior is also good as they have fun colors, great background music menu is bright and bold. However they had some Christmas decoration still hanging which is weird haha. And the interior has plenty of seating so you shouldn't have problems if the weather. Food Breakdown: Chicken Naan Wrap (5/5 : I was very pleased by this dish as the portion size was plenty and the chicken along with the topping went very well within the wrap and pretty good price for what you get. Lamb Kabob (3/5 : I can't say this was bad but I don't think Kabobs are my thing because it didn't have a lot of flavor and a little too dry for my liking. All in all, I will not be getting this again especially because the price was very high compared to the portion size. Lassi (5/5 : Don't know how healthy this was haha but this lassi was great and very pleased: . Portion Size: Great for Wrap but ok for The Kabob Price: A little too high for the Kabob the wrap price was not bad but I will not be visiting here to regularly as it just a little too out of my price range to eat on a constant bases. Service/Food Delivery: No complaints. Would I go Back: For sure. Ankush's Final Thoughts: So being a brown person I am always looking for Indian places that really get me excited and I will say that this was a good place to visit. Overall, I was very pleased with the modern twist as well as everything tasted pretty good. The only issue I had was the price and the taste of Kabab BUT this was not enough to not go, definetly worth a visit!
