Wed.13.March.2024 6pm]]Stopped by here for lil Dinner, Plenty of parking, Dined in, Inside was clean, Staff was nice, Ordered 12pcs Sweet n Spicy Wings with Bayou Buffalo Dipping Sauce, Mac&Cheese and a Biscuit, the Lobby was quite since was the only Customer dining in at that time, Food came out reasonable time, it all was very Delicious, defiantly a Keeper!!

Tried to eat there 3 times now. First made us sick. Tried again and drive through was shut down. 3rd time customer service was horrendous. Didn't even say anything on speaker and then got heavy attitude when asked if speaker wasn't working. I want t9 have a good experience but 3 times attempted and all were bad. Worked in fast food myself. And I understand things happen but there was no reason to be so rude. Could have just said welcome please give us a minute versus nothing at all and then attitude.

Placed a fairly large order online and went through the drive thru to pick it up. Pulled over to eat before getting back on the road and noticed they had given me a chicken sandwich instead of fish. Pulled back through the drive thru to simply have it corrected and the cashier, manager and cook literally argued with me and tried to come up with every excuse under the sun as to why I was wrong and that I had received the correct order (I didn’t). They were extremely rude and made me feel very insulted, like I was trying to scam them out of a free sandwich. Look, I’m a 54 year old school teacher and have better things to do than go around trying to scam Popeye’s out of sandwiches. Eventually, they made me new sandwiches, only to find out later that they gave me the wrong thing AGAIN. In addition, my shrimp was hard and rubbery and, since I was already 30 minutes away from the restaurant, I had to throw them away. And if that wasn’t enough, three of my five chicken tenders were literally barely larger than the size of my pinky finger and inedible. I’ve included a photo of two of them with this review. I love Popeye’s but everything about this location: the food, the service and the employees, including the manager, is the absolute worst. Oh, I almost forgot to mention that later that night I GOT FOOD POSIONING! Thanks Vienna, WV Popeye’s for the 24 hours of diarrhea, vomiting, fever and chills! Highly recommended if you like throwing money away and spending your Saturday night crapping through a screen door without wetting the mesh.
