Istanbul Blue - Vienna

Very bad experience, food was so bad, small portions and expensive. Dishes were dirty.

Delicious, authentic food and cocktails. Lovely atmosphere. Service (Simay G) was helpful and attentive but not cloying.

It was Mother's Day so busy. We were seated upstairs. It appeared that Alexa was playing music...periodically really loud commercials would play between songs. Very cheesy ambiance for the price point. 40 minute wait between appetizer and entrees was unacceptable. Food was ok but lukewarm. Service was poor, did not ask about more drinks, if we needed anything. Dessert...no thank you we wanted out. No mention of the 20% service fee on check. Many diners likely added a tip on top. There are plenty of good restaurants with good ambiance and service. I would recommend to skip Istanbul Blue until management gets serious about a dining experience, food and service.

I like the atmosphere, food is good and service is great. My bread has black dust on the back, hope they will clean the oven better.

Really enjoyed the food here and the service. Great find in Vienna! It is a laid back atmosphere with a range of foods for all diets. Highly recommend!
