Mcdonald's - Vidalia

Good warm food, but had to wait a little longer to get it. very nice staff and manager

Eating was good when we finally got it. ordered on app and waited for over 30 minutes kurbside. my son finally went in and the staff was rude and he was told he would just have to wait. when the young lady finally brought out our food, she took it to the wrong car, although the number was clearly published on the bag and parking lot. my son looked out what looked like an outer order, and got her attention. this is our third attempt in a year, as we move here various times of the day and we tried again because we love eating, but do not visit again, unless we have much time to waste. once again the tge food was good. the service was all three times terrible.

We drove the trip thru to get lunch and tried to order a burger and fries from the digital (lunch) menu. we were told with a posture that we couldn't order lunch because it was breakfast. we kindly replied that the lunch menu was up and that it was past 11:00 o'clock. she never came back to take our order and let us wait. we have gone to an end.

My son and I were just in your establishment about 30 minutes ago, our service was extremely terrible, we waited over 45 minutes to get our order, they were completely out of tea in the lobby area and when we tried to inform them, we spoke to not only 1 employee, we spoke to 2 of them both employees looked directly at both of us and completely ignored us mean while I overheard another employee using foul language all because they were upset about another customers order, so needless say I will never recommend your establishment to anyone that I know plus I will not recommend anyone to apply for work their based upon I feel that they won't learn anything but how to be rude to customers.....

Love the food, and you do not have to wait long. The only thing, is some of the drive thru employees are RUDE as hell. It really does ruin your day. Just nasty attitudes.
