Contribuiți la feedbackJust placed an online order and only half my order was right. I should have checked before I left. The ticket did match my order. But they didn’t give me what I ordered.
Very disappointed at this Dunkin and definitely needs new management. Which I’m guessing is the lady with blonde hair and a nose ring. Twice I’ve gone to this location and I will gladly go to Starbucks due to being LIED to. If you order decaf, they are putting expresso in drinks instead of decaf. I was informed by an employee that the manger tells them not to make it because it goes to waste.I’m pregnant and can not have that much caffeine. So I order decaf. To know I’ve been lied to and been spending my money here is sickening. Also, drinks aren’t even made correctly as to ordered. They are doing as they please.Will not be returning knowing the manager is who I’ve been told is and how she has acted in previous locations that she has visited.
Worst dunkin I’ve ever been to. Unless you like sitting at the drive thru speaker for 5+minutes without anyone acknowledging your presence. This happens every single time we go there. And today I guess the reason for the lack of attentiveness was due to the child someone brought to work. Yea…how are y’all still in business? Seriously.
I placed a mobile order for some donuts, a sandwich and some hash browns.. when I showed up to pick up my order I was told they didn’t have any donuts at all, they didn’t have the sandwich I ordered all they had was the hash browns. this was at 9:44 am) I spent almost $22 and They couldn’t tell me how to go about getting a refund or even offer to write down my name to replace the order another day. This was on New Year’s Day , it is now the 3rd. I have sent 3 emails, called the customer care number and I still have not been contacted about a refund. This is not how you do business if you want to keep customers.Update. 01/12/24…. Still no refund for the food I paid for but wasn’t able to get and owner stopped emailing me back.. hmmm
I went to get some donuts at noon on a Friday. When I walked in they only had 4 donut options to choose from. No donut holes either. When I asked if this is all they had the cashier said yes. They close at 8 pm during the week. How do you stay in business? Until things change I’m not going back.
