The ambiance is soothing and enhances my appetite. I really enjoy the steaks, and the pork ribs are tender as well. The staff is fantastic, always serving with a smile. I also love the bread and butter!

Update: I had submitted a complaint online and the manager called me the next day. He was very apologetic and offered me a meal for 4 to compensate for the bad experience. I appreciate the quick follow up and have updated my review from one star to three. This was my first time placing an order for pickup and I don't think I would ever return. For the price that I paid, I was disappointed. To go fries were minimal, one of my steaks were burnt, kiwi strawberry lemonade I ordered looked nothing like the pictures or the description, and I ordered two to go alcoholic drinks that were supposed to be for two each and one of them was only halfway filled.
