Mcdonald's - Victorville

Friendly service everything was hot and very good love it.

I’m a regular at this McDonald’s, i come in every week to buy the $16 Big Mac bundle for my family and i have to say that their new employee Gabriella does her absolute best to go above and beyond for the customers. I wouldn’t be surprised if she was to become manager one day. I always look forward to seeing her and have my order taken by her. She’s thoughtful and caring. She’s always buying food for the homeless man that sits outside in his wheelchair. I love seeing things like that, it’s truly so kind. The food is amazing, they ensure that every customer wears a face mask, they sanitize every hour according to a manager named Lucero, and etc. I have come to find out that a lady named “Maria” doesn’t work there at all (I overheard the workers talking and laughing about it). That’s just a secret name for when the managers don’t wish to get into any trouble so I suggest remembering exactly who told you their name was Maria looked like so that you can tell a better Manager who is in higher position (Roxane or Teresa). The drive thru service is good but they definitely need new headsets or speaker boxes outside because it’s so hard to hear what the workers are saying and it’s hard for them to hear us as well.

If you're somebody who personally enjoys fast, exquisite, and tasteful McDonalds, La Paz is the spot! My experience there is invariably well executed by all the employees and am always pleasantly greeted by all everybody. Although, I've recently encountered a new employee named Gabriella who seems to be very demotivated to work; she lacks experience and doesn't bother to work as hard as many of her coworkers, she doesn't even take the time to deal with the homeless that only asks for a cup of water! I strongly encourage this store to give Gabriella a couple more training sessions, as I don't see her moving forward anytime soon. Other than that, I personally want to give thanks to Maria for always offering discerning service 5 days a week!

Gave me a Quarter Pounder with no onions. I ordered a fish sandwich?? Then said it was my fault? But then confessed she must have given me the wrong bag. Yeah you did. They did offer to correct the issue if I come the next day???

Fast service and there food was good. Big mac bundle is a great deal and they made my child's cheeseburger plain meat cheese and bun) as I always say cause sum places mess this up always. Lots of cars in drive thru yet your in and out fast. Courteous employees always,
