Bj's Brewhouse Victorville

Atmosphere comfortable, eating well, service unsafe, short help. but still returning

Our waiter was amazing that he did an excellent job. the only problem were the hostesses. I have kept before the time to make sure that my name was on the list, and they confirmed. when I arrived there, the hostess said they did not accept reservations. I was upset, but still decided to wait for them to stand after 20 minutes when we asked one because I was a baby, it's easier to keep them in one, they said there were no available. when there were obviously a few around us who were socially removed in the did. the hostess also gave us no menus and ignored us when we tried to get their attention. again the waiter was amazing. I think the hostesses need a little more training.

Reservation made online, but not honored for covid bs because they brought the reservation no problem and my phone when the table was ready by the reservation. to the happiness was our server great! eating was too great. I could distract without all televisions.

We are never disappointed about the service and the quality of eating, why we go into this restaurant all the time. once a month we come together with my brother and her husband to lunch. victorville is our meeting point. they are from palmdale and we come from moreno valley. bj’s is always the restaurant of choice. thank you and keep the good work on!

Food was good. Came out quickly. Staff was nice. Just a little pricey. It cost our wife and I $105. Would go there more often if it wasn't for that. They need some kind of rewards program or discounts for frequent visitors
