Burger King - Victoriaville

The service inside was slow and there seemed to be a significant lack of organization, especially with the shortage of poutine sauce around dinner time. It feels like they're focusing more on the drive-thru than on dine-in customers. The eating area is quite cramped as well. I can't help but wonder what the designers were thinking during the renovation plans.

On a positive note, I do want to commend the two other staff members: the woman with blonde hair and the tall lady with a kind demeanor. They were attentive, respectful, and ensured that no orders were missed. If it weren't for the negative experience with the tattooed employee, I would have given this restaurant a full five stars due to the excellent service provided by these two ladies.

Kid-friendliness: There are no longer any children’s games, even though this restaurant is geared toward young people.

A classic like a Whopper, I have nothing to say, but the restaurant ..... it could be a little or even much bigger! Yet it is new. The checkout area is quite restricted and the passage is difficult to access the checkouts, access to the waiting area and the fountains.

I asked for a bread without sesame for my son specifying that he is allergic. We were given a potato bun but there were a dozen sesame seeds in the wrapper of his burger. Luckily he stopped after 1 bite because he was starting to have an allergic reaction. Really disappointed and angry that the employees didn't pay attention at all.Dietary restrictions: Despite the sesame allergy statement, there were plenty of sesame seeds in the potato bun burger wrapper.
