Sen Zushi - Japanese Restaurant & Sushi Victoria

Fantastic. love eating, favorite sushi in the city. aji fry is supposed to die. all the staples they would expect. The sushi bar is a little strange as it is so traditional, but it is very cool to watch as you eat rolls. can not recommend enough. edit: went back to this weekend. everything else on the point. absolutely great place to eat.

Quite honestly, the best Japanese restuarant in the victoria. long-term employees who understand their market and customers. After traveling to japan for many time, I feel that they are more traditional and attentive to use than to offer other Japanese offered on the island. atsuki, there berverage manager is very good about sake knowledge, and always command the best equal rights for my omakase. seasonal offers always available.

Last night we had a big off-order big phone service and get them courtesy. only 40 minutes before the time. eating was excellent and presentation was as good as could be for take-out

Yes! we were in some Japanese restaurants in victoria, since we went to sen zushi a few years ago and now we returned as it is best. the midday specialties are favorable. nice miso suppe, and my companions said their Teriyaki chicken was something of the best they ever had, and as part of their lunch special I tried an aji fry gozen, which contained 2 deep fried and baked horse mackerel." service was great....and we really enjoyed the fact that there was no background music so that we could talk to each other. beautiful atmosphere also....unpretentious but comfortable. bento box with 2 deep roasted and baked horse-makerels

This place is simply amazing. Authentic, delicious and just a cool place to eat.You know there is something amazing about a restaurant when you have seen the same server for over 15 years. I mean this place has burnt to the ground in that time and is just as good, if not better than it ever has been.If you want to impress, take people here.No question, this is one of the best dining experiences in Victoria.Hmmm, have I mentioned this place is great?????
