Came here on a Saturday in the middle of the brunch. a little study. the service was great! eating was amazing! the drinks were delicious. worth a visit. they have gluten-free options. they also have stamp cards. parking is free and easy.

Like the place and coffee tastes good. Fresh brew and smiling faces will cheer up the mood.

Ruby's Roost is such a blessing to have as a downtown coffee shop. With my family living next to the Victoria fire-station, and me working at Sam Hennemann State Farm next to downtown, almost all our lives are spent in Victoria, so we are passionate about supporting local businesses. Fun bakery! We tried a few baked goods, including the drum, semmel mushrooms, the Tuscan sprinkler, and her amazing cookie. Everything was delicious! I definitely recommend stopping by!

The tea and baked goods were exceptional—truly the best I've ever had. I enjoyed them for a week, even though the location is somewhat out of the way.
