White Spot - Victoria

Quite impressed. Did not expect to be giving 5 stars to White Spot. Better than I remember and I remember it being great! Food was spot on (had the Cheesesteak Hash), restaurant itself was spotless and all new and fancy, and the staff were very lovely! So happy we decided to see how the ok’ White Spot was holding up. Definitely recommend and will be coming back!

White Spot is always a great place for family dinners, they have a wide variety of choices to pick from, Kids can color here before they have their meal. They also have a good selection kids meal, and they have a children's pirate pack which is a boat with food in it. The service was great, the children really love eating here. They're also is a full license bar here so you can enjoy a beer or an alcoholic beverage.

Our server Rita was super friendly and fast! The food was pretty great and reasonably priced. I had the brie turkey dip and the turkey was way more juicy and tender than I expected. The diet coke didn't taste watered down. The Coleslaw was creamy and the endless fries were a nice touch! But please fix the guests WiFi. It was not usable.

I want to share an experience I just had at this location. I came in at 9am Nov. 2 2023 for brunch with my mother. When we were seated we asked if we could be some where that was not in-between two groups as we both have hearing loss and would find it hard to talk. The host hesitated and said ok. I will stat that the restaurant was not busy, if it has been i wouldn't have said anything. We were taken to a quieter spot and sat down. We had time to look over the menu and decide what we wanted and than waited for the server to come take our order. As we waited another customer was seated two tables away and withing minutes they were served and a drink came for them and they order food. All the while we sat there still yet to be asked if we wanted a water or coffee. Multiple servers walked by and looked at us but not one of them stopped to help. After 20 minutes of waiting we decided that we were leaving. As we walked out we told the hostess that looked surprised but didn't say anything. We hardly go out anymore with money and the economy being the way that it is. This has left a bad taste in our mouths and I'm not sure if or when we will go back.

My family and I went out for lunch and absolutely loved the food! Definitely not enough servers were on, hence the 4 stars. We waited 50 minutes for our food, and 35 minutes for an offer for refills on our drinks. Very family friendly
