Taco Time - Victoria

We had the meals. Burritos were very good, The rest was not my kind of thing ... nor was it what my wife and two kids felt good. This is one of several in Victoria and is in the Food Court of a mall on Douglas.Not for us, but maybe for others.

I ordered 2 Super Chicken Burritos with no sour cream, and alas both came with sour cream. My order was to go, so i did not notice this until i was back at work and my lunch break was over. Sadly when I called back, i spoke to an asian girl with very little english. she wanted to remake the order and even asked her a coworker if they could deliver it to me. HAHAHA. There was no manager on duty! I tossed both burritos in the garbage without eating them and lost almost $10, only to not be compensated in any way, Would it be hard for them to take my name and phone number and have a log written somewhere to give me 2 new Super Chicken Burritos next time i come in?

The classic beef taco was a perfect choice on a busy day of shopping. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Although it is a bit expensive, I will definitely be coming back.

Great service, love their hot sauces. They do remember my order every time and it’s ready before even my payment is done. Never had this type of quick service until today from any other restaurant. I got little card on my tray to leave this review and I read some others. I am disagree with some of them but it’s restaurant where they can’t please everyone.

This restaurant exceeded my expectations. The bean burrito is delicious and more affordable than other places. It is a satisfying and filling option. What more could you want?
