We were seated right away, got an order for beers, then we sat there for 40 minutes before any further acknowledgment. We were quite hungry at this point, but simply got the bill and left to find food elsewhere. It was pretty busy in there, perhaps they were understaffed, but our server passed by us multiple times. :

My boyfriend and I went into the pub recently to get drinks and dinner, when the server came up to us, we ordered our drinks and told her we would need another minute with the menu before ordering our food. The server proceeded to wait 30 minutes before coming back and only doing so after she noticed my boyfriend’s drink was empty asking if he would like another and we said we just wanted the bill. As a server I am extremely disappointed with the service, and will not be returning, just some food for thought for your management team

Not sure of the waitress' name but she was an absolute angel. So sweet, so friendly. We went out a few times for cigarettes, and to my car, and she was totally fine with us coming and going. 10/10 would recommend this place:
