It's off exit 57 on I-81 southWe found this place on our way to Massanutten Resorts.
This is my favorite spot in Victoria for Chinese food... its hands down amazing. It is not that easy to spot, I wandered past it many times before a friend took me for an introduction and wow it is worth finding!
The food at Forum restaurant is not really different from any other Chinese restaurant in Greater Victoria. It does an adequate job of feeding you and giving you an event outside of home with family and friends. The food is good for what it does.
