Milestones - Victoria

We ran into a couple of hiccups food order-wise, but both our server (Avril) and the Manager went above and beyond to correct the issues (more the fault of the beverage Supplier than the restaurant itself). We received excellent service and enjoyed the harbour view tremendously. It was my friend's 70th birthday, and everyone working that night seemed to know it! We felt very welcome and special.

I WAS ABSOLUTELY FORTIFIED TO SEE MICE IN YOUR RESTAURANT LAST WEDNESDAY NIGHT!!! I BROUGHT MY FAMILY FROM EUROPE FOR A VISIT AND WAS SO EMBARRASSED!! MANAGER WAS KIND TO OFFER 10% BUT THINKING BACK WE SHOULD HAVE LEFT WITHOUT PAYING! I TOLD 3 SERVERS ABOUT THE MICE AND NONE, SHOCKINGLY REACTED NOR CARED, AND AFTER SPEACKING WTIH MANAGER, THEY ALL KNEW ABOUT THE INFESTATION AND SAID THEY WERE DOING WHAT THEY COULD....SUBPAR FOR SURE!! HOWEVER, OUR SERVER JAMES WAS THE BEST PART, HE IS EXCELLENT!!

We went last evening, it was 25 mins before the server came over to take a order, it was a 8.30 pm seating, the restaurant was more or less empty, the food came , there was candid nuts missing from my friends salad,they were given to her in a dish after we mentioned it, my meal was just warm not hot as you would expect, but had waited so long for it to arrive I decided to not mention it, the meal overall was nothing wow, very disappointing as we were regulars here, then to order a drink after dinner to be told the bar had closed the bar tender had left, the manager came over as we asked, he himself made the drink, but it all felt very awkward, we really feel we did not get a good, full experience on this occasion !

Thank you for seating us in a booth by the window. Really helped my daughter cope with sensory overload. Ambience was great, service and food was delicious! A special thank you to the gentleman that offered to take several pics of our table for us! He made sure to take pics of the beautiful scenery of lit up parliament buildings behind us!!

Choose this restaurant for a reunion with my high school best friend. We had a lovely table that overlooked the Parliament building. The food was pretty good, the drinks were amazing and the waiter was great. He gave us a complimentary dessert at the end. Great night.
