Mia Pasta Amos - Victoria

This is the worst pasta I’ve ever had. The order didn't match the picture on Uber Eats at all. There were hardly any greens, very few shrimp, and the bread was placed on top of the fries, while the pasta was undercooked. It felt like a rip-off, so I requested a dispute for a refund due to the poor quality of the food. I would recommend staying away from this place.

The garlic bread was disappointing. I ordered the Alfredo pasta (customizable vegetarian pasta), but none of the toppings I asked for were included. The pasta itself tasted like something you could buy at the grocery store—nothing special and definitely not worth the price. I wasn't a fan of the smell or the flavor; I can definitely cook something much better than this.

I placed my order online, but it never went through, so I had to wait for them to prepare it. However, Aakashmaan was great and upgraded my order to a larger size, plus he included garlic bread on the side. The customer service was excellent—definitely a 10/10!

I visited Mia Pasta for the first time today, and I will certainly be back. The service was exceptional—both helpful and friendly. The food was fresh and delicious; we really enjoyed seeing it prepared right in front of us with high-quality ingredients at a great price. It’s a breath of fresh air to have a meal in a mall food court without the feeling of eating greasy fast food. I highly recommend it—10/10!
