Contribuiți la feedbackHorrible experience! There are no promises section of food. What they had is all very greasy and dry. The guy said that ice cream is included but there is broken ice cream machine without substitute. I wanted to have a cup of coffee, but cup are all dirty, and when I ask what should I use instead the guy didn't try to accommodate my frustration. My 17$ went down to drain.
My parents went here for lunch when they arrived, they were told if they were to have the buffet. They had to pay up front if they ate from the menu. Then they can pay later. They decided to order some won ton soup to share. The soup brought them in a big bowl with 2 smaller bowls, but nothing to use ladle the soup out. Finally, they were given the proper utensils and the waiter told them to be careful at the soup was very hot. When my parents finally just tried the soup it was Luke warm not hot at all. They told the waiter that the soup was not hot and he disagreed and argued with them, saying they were wrong that the soup is hot it is always hot. When they went to go pay the waiter told them to never come back because th soup was always hot and they were wrong about it being cold. Terrible service definitely won't be back!!
Very good food, served quickly and friendly. I had won-ton soup. My Girlfriend had vegetarian chow fun. We both enjoyed our meals. They also have a buffet here, but unfortunately we were to early.
Everything were great. Beautiful decor and pink colour curtain and very clean washroom. They only close on Mondays. Owner told us that they deliver from 10am to midnight, to westshore, uvic, broadmead, downtown as well. Good job everyone
Me and my family were recommended to Lucky Village Restaurant for buffet because of the kindness of staff, excellent food and clean restaurant and washroom. We went there last night, only $16.95 per person, coffee, tea, soft drinks, ice cream, and 30 items in buffet, all you can eat and drink; everything was delicious. for the price of only $16.95 per person, what else you could ask for, everything fresh and moist, staff are so friendly, even the owner's 3 little children are helping as well; they politely ask where you want to be seat, what would you like to drink, can they take your plate away, can they fill your drinks, they even ask if you like Vanilla, Chocolate, or orange sherbet as the dessert, on the top of all yummy dessert, like regular jello, coconut jello, home made almond cookies, carrot cake, orange fruit, watermelon fruit. We did not tip them when we pay in advance, we gave over 30% tips before we leave. We would suggest all the food lover especially Chinese buffet lover to go to support this small family business; you will love it; my children has been texting their friends about this hidden treasure in Victoria; Thanks Lucky Village staff for all good food and service.
