Waited for over 40 minutes in a busy food court. I think they need more staff or a more efficient set up.

I honestly think it degraded its quality lately. It has been off the last 2 times I have ordered. It could possibly be dependent on whoever is on shift. Boba has been almost mushy the last 2 visits. Milk tea has more milk than what I have been ordering before. And the wait was longer today because the person who took my order did not print out the sticker for the cup.

We waited so long for our order, almost 20 minutes. The staff seemed unhappy. I also asked for a plain black or green tea and they wouldn 't make it for me unless they charged for a cheese tea so I didn 't bother ordering the third drink. It cost me almost $20 for two simple bubble teas, it was so crazy. I wouldn 't recommend unfortunately :

Probably the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I’ve went a number of times because I liked one of the drinks, and so I wanted to give them a chance. They messed up my drink and then refused to make me a new one when I went back less than 2 minutes later. Staff always look angry. If customer service was better they’d be much more successful.

I stopped by here for some tea yesterday and I ordered the bubble milk tea, it was great. The staff were very friendly and my drink was good.
