Just Matcha Tea Shop Pandora Ave

I adore this restaurant! Their matcha has a stunning vibrant green color that I really enjoy. The matcha soft serve is one of my go-to choices, and their matcha lemonade is perfect for summer. The customer service is decent, not amazing, but it doesn't bother me.

They offer a wide variety of green tea options, including matcha latte and other exciting choices. I tried the matcha ice cream and highly recommend it, even though the waffle cone started dripping from the bottom while I was eating it. Just means you have to eat it quickly!

We stopped by Just Matcha after visiting friends in Oak Bay. Located just off Pandora on Government Road next to Fan Tan Alley, this charming shop exceeded our expectations. We both tried matcha lattes - I enjoyed mine plain, while my wife opted for a maple-flavored matcha. The drinks were beautifully blended and delicious. Surprisingly, they also offer other matcha items such as matcha lemonade and matcha affogato for those who don't drink coffee. The shop is cozy and inviting, with a variety of gift items, ice cream, treats, and baked goods to enjoy. Guests can even create their own origami while sipping on their drink or waiting for the bus. There is ample seating inside and outside the shop, and the friendly host was happy to answer any questions we had. Street metered parking and parking lots are available nearby. Just Matcha currently has only one location, open most days from 11am to 5pm, with extended hours until 6pm on Fridays and Saturdays, and on Sundays from 12pm to 5pm.

Awesome matcha. Discovered this store during a food tour walk, first time trying matcha. Returned the next day for a full size matcha tea with caramel, very tasty.

Always consistently delicious matcha lattes. They have a nice variety of different flavoured matcha lattes to pick from which is really nice and refreshing; changes the taste up a bit to make it more fun. They also offer a wide variety of milk substitutes so if you’re looking for dairy free this is the perfect place. Owners nice and the ambience is relaxing and cozy.
