I was served by Monica a few times at the A&W and SHE IS AMAZING! always positive and helpful when serving. Really made my day better

I feel like I was rushed through my order. I can understand workers get tired doing their job. As well give a person time to order. Service brings repeat customers.

I just had a really great experience here with perhaps a newer staff member. I don’t normally review places and don’t expect much from a fast food chain but he just put a lot of care into making my simple sundae and I could also tell the shift leader really cared about his staff. thanks :

It's a pretty good fast food stop. Nice sunroom area and the food is usually top notch for being a Dairy Queen.
