Contribuiți la feedbackDefinitely a no-brainer 5-star review for this place. I love ice cream, and chocolate, so this is the perfect must-stop spot in the area. Walking in, it reminds me of a real chocolate factory, where the tubes are running overhead and the air smells like delicious chocolate. Very kid-friendly, and plenty of places to sit (plenty of napkins too! and enjoy these sweet cold treats.I got the fudge one and it is so good, I will have to come back to try them all!
Have been going here since forever! Now that Paul owns this place, we will be going here even more frequently! Seriously if you havent been, you have to go try this place out for your sugar fix.Love the ambience, flavor choices, friendly faces... hate that it takes an hour and 45mins to go visit this place.Tried their new Cookie dough Ice cream. The fam tried Dulce de Leche, Raspberry Vegan option, and the Cotton candy Blitz.
“Delicious” is an understatement, but their service is even better! We came in as a big party of 7 (4 kids, so you can imagine the indecision and changing of orders). Patrick was patient, and warm, and so helpful in providing recommendations and modifications for the kids.Love Chocolats Favoris!!!
We weren’t sure if this place was going to be really good or just a tourist trap. It was really good. The premise is soft serve with real chocolate dip and the option to add toppings to the coating. There are a few different flavours of soft serve (including vegan, though I don’t think any of the coatings are vegan) and you can pair them with the flavoured dip of your choice. After some indecision, I settled on a vegan vanilla waffle cone with the dulce de leche dip and toppings. The ice cream was good, though there was a bit of a textural difference from dairy ice cream, it was still pretty smooth and had a good vanilla flavour. The dip and cream fudge was what really made it. The milk chocolate was quality and the coating was generous. The staff was doing a great job of completely sealing the cones with dip to prevent mess. Because the coating is so thick, the ice creams are more filling than you might expect I got a “mini” size and I think I could’ve even gotten the “baby” size and still been satisfied. The only little things that were iffy were that the staff member who took our order wasn’t the most enthusiastic (everyone else there seemed nice though) and my dad got his ice cream on a cone instead of a cup (the order was made by a different staff member so I’m not sure where the mix up happened). But he said he ended up liking the cone more than he would have liked the cup so it worked out for him.
There was a huge line when we got there but they processed orders very quickly and within 10 minutes we had our cones in hand. I got the dulce de leche flavour and my husband got the Oreo. They were both very yummy, the ice creams were way bigger than expected though, so I would suggest sizing down unless you plan to have ice cream for dinner ? all in all a delicious and unique experience!
