It was a late b-day gift from my son. he, his father and I have to spend 45 minutes watching these little love bundles, eating, sleeping and playing. when we left my blood pressure, I was far downstairs. what a wonderful opportunity to spend some time!

Ignore the negative reviews (which I recently see a bad one). maybe double check the time of their date first this place loves the cats they care and do so much to help this cat to get new houses. it is worth visiting safely and it is great to have a jewel like this in the opposite. when I went a year ago, the staff was amazing and friendly.

My daughter and I left. even if we had not made a reservation to spend time with the cats, they could press us for a 25-min session to live and play with the kitties. Many of the cats were already accepted and waited for their respective families to take them home. If you're looking for a new cat, it's the place you can go.

We had the most amazing time! the coffee was delicious and the kitties were enchanting!

I WILL NOT EVER go back to this place OR recommend it to anyone. I had an appointment for 6:00 but I thought it was for 6:30. I kindly asked to speak with the manager to see if he could make an accommodation for me and my husband who I was surprising with this visit. We had both been looking forward to going in and being with the cats for a little while, given the hard times the world is facing right now. The manager was extremely unprofessional, arguing with me in front of the customers in the cafe telling me that we can’t go in because “spots are booked” OR be refunded for what we paid. He said over and over “your spot could have been taken by someone else” and “we could have sold your spot to someone else” making it VERY CLEAR that this whole mission of these cats getting adopted is all about making money for the cafe. Never have I ever experienced the amount of disrespect from anybody who is supposed to be a “manager”. There is absolutely no reason that anybody with a heart could not accommodate for someone to go into a room that accidentally got there 15 minutes late. Know that if you are going to this place, you are supporting a “cafe” that is bringing people in to meet adoptable cats with the sole intention of making money. None of it is about getting the cats adopted. Do not go here.
