Lately, I have noticed with regret that it is not clear that politeness and kindness are indicators of professionalism, if you decide to make hospitality an art (and also your profession). I don 't dwell on what I ate (it could happen that something simply doesn 't meet my tastes because for me lampasta and beans are very heavy. After all, I 've only been there once and my fellow diners ate well, they confirmed it to me and I have to report it) but on the ways in which they addressed us, yes. At a certain point, when I asked but why are you moving that table place for us? It was comfortable for us... the staff lady replied: because it must be comfortable for me, not for you . And I leave out the welcoming phrase, as we arrived 5 minutes (300 seconds) early. The only honorable mention goes to the sommelier: knowledgeable and the only kind person in the place
