I gave this pizzeria my third and last chance! The concept of uniform cooking is not clear... Half raw pizza, half burnt, they have no idea how a wood oven works. Another negative note: the dough certainly did not rise within the minimum time allowed, as it causes a sense of bloating at the first taste.
