An evening to forget, dishes only well presented, but many of which are dull in aromas and flavours, apparently daring combinations that are actually unappetizing, especially the tortelli with cheese and clams. Tired and sloppy service. Too bad, we were so well disposed by the good reviews and instead we spent a mediocre evening. The idea of presenting the desserts with hand-made drawings and the beautiful, comfortable and cool open-air room where we dined are nice.
Excellent interpretations by Chef Fabiana Scarica, young and very kind. I noticed particular attention for a pregnant woman and her almost dedicated menu. The desserts are particularly good and original. A must try. The only neo to correct is the service ... to be reviewed.
A young but already rightly established chef in a place of sober elegance on the enchanting Sorrento coast. Innovation and tradition go hand in hand, with an understandable and legitimate supremacy of the former.
