Wendy's - Vicksburg

THE WORST FAST FOOD RESTAURANT IN THIS TOWN. PEOPLE ARE RUDE AND RIDICULOUS.THEY NEED A QUICK REALITY CHECK. SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.

Little busy, but the staff was fast and right order. Good job!

Floor was so greasy that i had to hold my wifes hand and pull her like she was skiing to the table. The food was hot and good but they left several items off our order. The guy taking our order was a mouth breather with a dead look in his eyes.

I would choose Wendy's burgers over some other fast food places. However, I noticed that at the drive thru at the first window, the person who took my payment failed to say thank you, and at the pickup window, that person didn't utter a word. Personally, I think customer service in general has gotten extremely poor. Is customer service a matter of importance nowadays, yes or no?
