Went today, got a chicken sandwich, small Oreo cheesecake milkshake and a medium cheese stick order. Somehow that cost me $17. My milkshake was plain, not the flavor I asked for.

I ordered a cheeseburger, onion rings and a cookie dough blast. The cheeseburger tasted like it was very old and the crust on the onion rings fell apart in my hand and also tasted old. The customer service and attitudes were not great either. I would only recommend the desserts but not the food.

Meh-sometimes they care, most times they don't. And I get it, having worked at a Sonic during college. But if you don't like your job-find anothere. Customer service is not a term that is comprehended in Vicksburg and this location of Sonic is the epitome of that.
