Contribuiți la feedbackI've been eating here for several years. The owner is friendly, helpful and wants to please her customers. The music is alive and will play and sing your favorite dance/listening music. Treat yourself to a wonderful meal with love and good food. You won't be... sad. In fact, large groups have a time to remember. Rye
They fought with my 89-year-old mother and treated us. All enjoyed their meals. It is a beautiful family restaurant that serves good food at a very reasonable price. Maricela the owner came over a few times to make sure everything was okay. Very nice place. Anyway, it goes back.
We had very good fish and shrimps. There was live music. The margaritas were excellent. Very pleasant staff, which was very good about us.
This is a friendly, family run restaurant with live music. Friends of ours have dined here for fifteen years during the snowbird season. Margaritas would flow freely as the music played. The emphasis was on patriotic songs from the US and Canada. We joined the...party only to discover that the food is the typical Mexican prepared fare tossed on a plate and reheated. They still do not offer whole beans, just refritos. My husband and I refused to eat there. For the last several years, we have gone to the shrimp taco stand across the street. We were going to Los Algodones and agreed to meet our friends at El Rancherita. The salsa was far too hot even for my taste. Upon request, a mild salsa was brought to the table. To our surprise, a tasty pico de gallo was served. My iced tea tasted like a powdered mix with lemon. Could not drink it, so switched to Sol Cerveza. My husband and I ordered the same combo of a tamale, a chile relleno, and enchilada. Everything was drowned in the same brown sauce. It was obvious that the food had been sitting in a warmer. The plate didn't look appealing and really didn't taste particularly good. Back to the shrimp taco stand where people start lining up before they open! You can get a pretty good tamale at the shrimp taco stand, too.
The atmosphere is great, you feel comfortable and the service is great The food has the original Mexican taste
