But what a delight, that discoveries and culinary surprises, a real chef hides behind all these dishes. The gustative level is at the rendezvous, focused on a slightly Asian cuisine and the visual and it also mastered to perfection. We had the chance to meet the chef in person who is making the round tables during the service, which is very kind, not even talking about the service more than pleasant.
