There seemed to be a lot of aperitif customers, but when we asked for a meal, they warmly welcomed us. I had red radicchio and gorgonzola lasagna and frico, a traditional Friuli dish, accompanied by house red wine. It used a lot of cheese and was very delicious and satisfying. I'm dreading stepping on the scale tomorrow. The young employee who served us was very kind and gentlemanly. Dinner with friends. Very bad experience: in the lasagna there was a 2cm splinter of glass which caused a **** cut on my tongue. After reporting the managers' only concern was to justify themselves by saying that they bought the food packaged by another company and therefore it was not their fault. Defensive attitude for an episode that could have had serious consequences but fortunately, so far, limited damage. While my friends and I worried about the fact that I might have ingested other fragments, they showed me the packaging of the dishes that were served heated in the microwave. This too is not exactly something that does him credit... After which they all disappeared from the room. Total disinterest in the injury I had sustained as well as missed dinner.
