Excellent in all respects. Friendly, friendly and very active staff. I don't understand the negative reviews. Frankly, I had dinner for three consecutive evenings with my family, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the products. Excellent roasts, I tried three different types of pucce and each was better than the other. Probably the way you approach those who work makes the difference between being welcomed as old friends or as insatiable and annoying customers......I will certainly gladly go back at the first opportunity. Fantastic place for quality and traditionalist food above all, fantastic staff, friendly, approachable, respectful and joking. I contradict and deny past negative reviews, taking into account that any type of food, starting from bread and ending with kebabs, is prepared raw and not pre-cooked like many others and the quality is excellent as it is a paninaro, or rather a typical paninaro. The lady and the boy at the cash register are fantastic and very nice, the boy with the sandwiches called Rambo is also very nice and joking and the gentleman with the kebabs called Zio Arrosticini is also very nice and joking, in short a perfect staff both from the point of view of both work and character perspective. I recommend it if you go to Torre San Giovanni on holiday or for work. Vegetarian options: They make a sandwich for vegetarians with 4/5 choices of vegetables and which are excellent in all versions. You can't call them restaurateurs, more than half an hour for a puccia with horse meat and meatballs to take away and once I get home what I discover is that they gave me someone else's order and what's more it only had bacon and nothing sauces..if you could -2 stars..6 EUROS WASTED!!!!!!!!

Bad experience, owner improvised and disrespectful towards customers. We asked for 2 simple burgers and found ourselves with salad and cheese inside: luckily we weren't allergic. To be avoided. Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: €1–10
