It was good at first but the coustmer service has went down!!

Upon entering, I was accosted by the manager named Mike yelling to me “pick up?” When I didn’t answer as abruptly as he shouted at me, he turned his back on me and refused to acknowledge me again for at least 90 seconds. And to make it worse, his employee didn’t acknowledge me either As if they had some silent truce to be rude to customers. Extremely rude folks because this is not the first time this happened to me when I entered the store.

The one on Fairburn is best. Good food and service. But if you order sugar free dilly bars be careful. They don't look close enough and you end up with dairy free.

Went to order purchase an ice cream cake for my son-in-law's birthday. Raza was so friendly patient answering my questions. He then let me know that they could make a cake for me since I needed a sheet size and the only 2 they already had were feminine looking. They make the cakes there, so I did order one and I was very pleased as they had it ready the next day for me! I also ordered food to go, the shrimp basket with onion rings and the crispy chicken salad bowl. Everything was delicious!

I'm not sure what has happened in the past couple months, but the blizzards have been lacking on the amount of toppings they normally put in in the past. It reminds of a sonic blast... disappointing. I always enjoyed the blizzards because they were loaded with toppings. Please make them the way you use to!
