I recently had the pleasure of trying the incredible slow BBQ pork at Doghouse Barbeque, prepared by Eirik Kittelsen. I was blown away by how delicious the pork was - it was truly mouthwatering and fingerlickin' good. Even among the four of us, including Vidar Sand Vold, Per Chr Dahl, and Øyvind Skui, who are no strangers to enjoying pork dishes, the meal we had at Doghouse was unmatched. In a country where pork is a staple for Christmas feasts, Doghouse's cooking is truly on another level. Keep it up, Doghouse - you're cooking up something special.
