Contribuiți la feedbackService was good and room was clean. Bed was ok. Gym was ok.Big turn off was unavailability of the pool and the entire place (minus the room) smelled musty. The musty smell gave me a headache while working out in the gym and decided not to eat breakfast there even though the breakfast looks ok.
Comfortable beds, good location. Breakfast was just okay, no pancakes, as the machine was broken. The pool was closed. The tv in my room was crooked. The air conditioning was excellent as was the water pressure in the shower. The room was a little more expensive than other hotels in the area. It’s a good choice for a night or two.
The hotel, including its rooms, had an unpleasant odor that seemed to be related to mold. Unfortunately, the management's response provided by manager John Bedosky on the matter left much to be desired, as they were unwilling to provide a refund despite their inability to address the situation effectively. In hindsight, I realize that the requirement to prepay for the stay should have served as a warning sign, but after a long and tiring journey, I neglected to do thorough research. I strongly advise avoiding this establishment. If possible, I would rate it negative 5 stars.All the negative reviews of this particular manager,John Bedosky, are all on point!The overall experience was quite disappointing, and it's unfortunate that the hotel management did not prioritize guest satisfaction.

Checked in almost midnight after an extremely long drive.The person behind the desk was new and had nobody to help him with guests. No welcome amenity offered.Day staff said computers down call ihg for billing issue.The room:Upon entering, it smelled so strong of male cologne that we feared someone was already asleep there.The toilet was not hooked up properly, so when you flushed, it shot hot water all out the side of the tank which we fixed .The sink would not drain because someone bent it which we fixed.There was a used dental pick on the floor between the beds.Small curley black hairs on the washclothsThe shower has stains on the tub walls and curtain.The beds were comfortable, and the pillows were excellent.After calling the hotel, I spoke with a friendly and helpful person, which was a 180 from what we dealt with during our stay.While I appreciate her help, the stay was horrible and we will not return.
