La Flottille - Versailles

Came here as part of a group for lunch. Since it was a large group we had a limited menu. Had the salmon with rice. The first plate they brought had sauce which I found was not gf when I asked. Dessert was mango sorbet. They brought it out with a cookie on the side which was not gluten free. Just be careful and ask questions if you eat here.

Very disappointing that there were no gluten free crèpes, even though I had read a recommendation for that online. I could eat a salad, but a gluten-free sandwich could not be served. The salad and ice cream were tasty and gluten-free. NB: the toilets were very unsanitary

Get the duck! DF&GF! Staff was super helpful and kind.

I was really skeptical of this place because it didn’t have that many ratings. I asked the waiter about ordering an omelette as I had seen some other reviewers mention it and he said I should not order that because the fries it came with are cooked with chicken nuggets and other gluten. Always really reassuring when someone knows about cross contamination! Ended up getting the buckwheat galette and did not get glutened. While the waiters did seem rushed based on my experience, I’d recommend this as a good option for a day at Versailles

Kind, understanding wait staff. Upon request, they will bring a separate menu with gluten containing dishes marked. Sadly, not as many options as I had assumed after reading previous reviews.
