Bouche à Oreille - Versailles

Our experience in Versailles has been that most restaurants do not open until 7:00 pm. We asked one restaurant at 6:40 if they were open - we could see all of the staff inside sitting around - and they turned us away. Not so with Le Bouche A Oreille! As we were walking past at 6:00 and saw the door open, we asked if they were open. They obviously were not, but he checked with his cook, and then graciously seated us.The service for the entire meal was wonderful. The food was excellent. We had the fish and chips and the cheese hamburger. Both were very good. We will be having friends arrive next week and plan to return to Le Bouche for a crepe!! Well done!

Great friendly waiter. The best duck burgers in the world. A steak to die for. Fabulous marrow. Have the ice cream. Lively corner of this place in Versailles. Locals mostly.

Food has its price but it's worth it. We've had mango lobster, poached tuna, tuna tartar, chocolate blown. everything was really fresh and had a delicious taste. good wines with glass

Unfortunately, I am not able to comment on the food or beverages of this establishment because we waited 45 minutes at a table without even being approached by a server. We've gone, like others! a restaurant with such a bad attitude towards service and total ignorance in its treatment of potential customers deserves no custom! my rating is "zero", but your system doesn't allow this score

To be clear, the food was delicious. The culinary experience was of first order and we've talked about it together since. However, dinner at the restaurant does not only concern what is in the plate and, unfortunately, the rest of the experience has not been good. the tables on the outside, on the sidewalk around the corners, were very busy, so we had to sit inside where three other tables were occupied. We were a group of four and two of the other tables had six or more. people sitting inside were literally ignored. those who served the table on the outside deliberately avoided visual contact with us as they entered and went out with plates and drinks. a group of 5 who arrived at the same time as we and sat outside was served while we had not even been offered a beverage card. require a bottle of wine. In truth, we would have gone long before that if our friends did not visit verses and did not want to make stories. The service wasn't faster and if the food wasn't that good, it would have been a disaster. Even given the right food, I would not recommend this establishment because it was simply not professional. It's too bad.
