The At The Woodford Club - Versailles

The service at this restaurant was fantastic. The buffet was just okay, but we were there towards the end of the afternoon which may have affected the quality. I would definitely return to this restaurant.

Every time we go to this restaurant, our table is never ready when we arrive. We were informed that we could start at the buffet once seated, but we had to wait almost 30 minutes before we had anything to drink. The tables next to us also had no drinks and had to ask multiple times. The food is always delicious at this restaurant, but the service and staff seem either overwhelmed or uninterested in providing a good experience. It's disappointing because we come here for special occasions like Easter and Mother's Day, and the terrible service really ruins the experience each time. It seems like the issues stem from either understaffing or a lack of concern from the staff.

We got there and one of the waiters brought us water after 5 minutes. No waitress ever waited on us so after 15 minutes we just left and went elsewhere. Would not advise anyone to ever go here. The place looked a bit like a five bar too.

We walked up to hostess stand and were ignored for probably 5 minutes. After finally speaking to a mgr , they did not have our reservation. I had to show them my open table app then they asked if I booked it that morning and I replied no the day before. Then tried to stick us a a pub high top table with my 81 year old mother. They did end up moving us to a lovely table and the food was very good. We were able to enjoy our Easter after much initial aggravation and disappointment. This was the second try here, the first one was poor service too but good food. They need much improvement with their appreciation for their customers and their service overall
