Spark Community Cafe - Versailles

Woody and I ate in the Spark today after Kyle convinced us this morning on the peasant market. Everyone said it was fabulous and it was! The Cobb Salad and Eggs Benedict Pizza were great! The buffet also looked excellent! I can't wait to go back and try more!

We ordered our Thanksgiving dinner from Spark. All I had to do was pick it up the day before the holiday. Everything was complete and just required heating. It was delicious and even prepared with lower salt and sugar. Each item of the meal was five star quality. We will enjoy many meals from Spark!

Spark Community Café offers an incredible experience. The whole concept of Spark is centered around the community, from sourcing ingredients to their mission of supporting underserved populations. The atmosphere is vibrant, welcoming, and warm. It's evident that the staff are genuinely passionate about the community-focused mission; they were exceptionally friendly and inviting. My wife and I ordered the Spark Burger, and I can confidently say it was the best burger I've ever had. It was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. If you visit, you absolutely must try the cookies—they're the best around! My only complaints about the food are that it's too far for me to visit regularly, and I'm desperate for their cookie recipe!

Spark catered my daughter's wedding rehearsal dinner and reception, and I would give them a 10-star rating if I could! The team, including Kyle Fannin, Chef Isaiah, Koch Antwon, and many dedicated volunteers, made our event truly unforgettable. Our guests couldn't stop raving about their meals; everything was delicious and beautifully presented. My daughter chose cupcakes instead of the traditional wedding cake, and Chef Isaiah fulfilled her wish by creating a small cake for the bride and groom, along with dozens of cupcakes. If you have a special event coming up, I highly recommend Spark for your catering needs! Thank you, Kyle and the entire Spark team! The service was absolutely amazing, and the food was delicious! Spark coordinated a post-wedding party for 20 people that I attended on Sunday, and they made it truly special for everyone. The chef even sent out slices of cheesecake for the bride and groom after dinner, which was a lovely touch. Every dish was prepared with the freshest, highest-quality ingredients.
