Melissa Cottage Cafe - Versailles

Melissa is a gem! The food was fantastic, the service was excellent, and the staff was incredibly friendly. I had the grilled chicken with potatoes and green beans, and it was the best home-cooked meal I've had. If I lived closer to Melissa, I would absolutely be a regular. I strongly recommend anyone who appreciates a good meal served by wonderful people to give it a try. I made sure to eat there again before leaving town!

The restaurant has a beautiful and cozy atmosphere, with a wait time of never more than ten minutes for a table for two. The food is consistently excellent whether you're ordering for delivery or enjoying lunch. I particularly love the chicken breast sandwich on a pretzel-style bun, topped with roasted tomatoes and basil mayo. Dinner is a delight, featuring dishes like fried tomatoes, salad, and the phenomenal dip sub. The service is friendly, and Earl always brings a good laugh. Every time I visit, I have a wonderful evening with an amazing lady, great conversation, and I leave with new memories of a fantastic night.

This is one of our favorite places. Great atmosphere and delicious food. Very recommended!

Stumbled onto the café. One of the best meals we have ever had. Everything was fresh and cooked to perfection. Will visit this town again just to eat there. Have recommended it to everyone we know traveling in that direction.
