Mcdonald's - Verona

This McDonalds needs improvement on food and getting orders correct. Have ordered here a few times and some days its good other days its like someones in a hurry and not paying attention to the order. My fiance did a mobil order online for me to pick up maybe 3 times in the last few months and none were correct this time the order was magically canceled. I reordered him a QPC with ketchup only and it was full of onions and pickles but very light on ketchup, we been shorted on nuggets, almost every sandwich needs condiments it's like someone drops a tiny squirt of ketchup or big mac sauce on the burgers, we always end up putting our own ketchup on it or else it's a dry bun. Im not trying to be a horrible customer just telling you its pretty bad when 7 out of 10 orders are not correct especially if we ordered online and checked everything on the order so you can see it right. I do not expect 5 star food from Mcdonalds but make that food how you would want it to be made for you.

I've always had great experiences at my local McDonald's. The food is reliably delicious, as you'd expect from McDonald's. What really stands out, though, is the excellent service. The staff is friendly and efficient, making each visit enjoyable. The store is consistently clean and well-maintained, which adds to the positive atmosphere. Highly recommend this location for a quick and pleasant meal! The prices through the McDonald's app are unreal. I don't typically go to McDonald's but these prices are hard to beat $1 for any breakfast sandwich how can you beat that?

The place closes its lobby at least 3 hours before advertised. The drive through was backed up a lot.

Why is there no option for zero stars. I know it 's only McDonald 's but every single time they get my order wrong. Every single time! Been that way for years. And the manager is the most miserable person I 've ever met. She 's been there forever and the kids just turn And burn though that place. And to be honest with the prices they charge now I don 't even think I should say I know it 's only McDonald 's any more. I can get a steak and baked potato at the giant eagle for what they charge for a 20 piece and fries and a couple of burgers.

Just got a big mac for pick up and ot was sloppy but good
