Taco Bell - Vero Beach

Tonight (May 23) just before midnight, we stopped by Taco Bell for a late-night snack. Alycia G took our order, and she was absolutely delightful and cheerful! After a long day at work, her warm personality really lifted my spirits. Our food was served hot and tasted delicious. We'll definitely be back! Alycia G is fantastic!

I want to take a moment to highlight the incredible team member at this Taco Bell. She's a hardworking, kind, beautiful, and humble woman who truly puts her heart into her job. Her positive attitude has the power to transform any negative past experience into something completely different. Thank you, Kim, for being such an amazing person and for being at work tonight. It feels like fate brought us together, as I really needed to feel your energy and presence, even if I didn't realize it at the time. You've gained a loyal customer simply by going above and beyond for one person.

My husband and I visited last Friday, and we were served by a young lady named Kim. Her customer service was outstanding. I think it would be a great idea to start a training program and have her lead it to teach other employees about excellent customer service.
