Dunkin' - Vero Beach

There was a hair in my whipped cream FOR REAL! Absolutely unsanitary and poor hygiene. The owner was too cheap to even give me a refund. Worst experience at a DD.

This Dunkin' location is the best one I have visited, and I travel throughout the country for work! Whenever I'm home at the end of the year, I come here every day. The staff is incredibly friendly and makes me feel like a regular customer even though I only visit occasionally. Thank you, Dunkin' of Vero!

Ordered a dozen donuts on the app and they did not have any donuts that we ordered. Employee stated there was no manager on duty to give us a refund until tomorrow and that we would need to call an 800 number. Unfortunate since we are from out of town. Please allow your employees to provide refunds or at least a gift card if no manager is present. Will not be returning to this location on future trips.

I had to go to this restaurant because the I-95 location was unexpectedly closed. I ended up at the 20th Street location where they overcooked my breakfast sandwich. Quite disappointing.

They were short handed so I kind of understand. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese on an English muffin. Got home and there is no sausage. Really?
