Papa Murphy's Pizza - Vernon

We spent over $70 on two medium pizzas. One was a ham and pineapple with extra pineapple and feta cheese, but I could barely find any feta despite paying an extra $4 for it. The other was a cowboy pizza that had a thin crust and was quite basic. The ham and pineapple pizza was rather bland; the sauce was lacking in flavor. The cowboy pizza featured a somewhat spicy hamburger meat and sauce, but overall it felt quite ordinary and overpriced for its size. Additionally, the crust was quite dry. Ultimately, it's up to you; it didn't leave a good impression on me. I was thankful we weren't too hungry and didn’t need to feed more than two people.

If you enjoy paying $60 to $70 for frozen pizza, then this is the place for you. If I could give it zero stars, I definitely would, but unfortunately, Google requires a minimum of one. Thanks a lot, Google!

At 2:30 PM, we placed an order for a medium pizza—half Mediterranean chicken and half plain cheese—planning to pick it up around 4 PM. However, when we arrived around 4:45 PM, our order was not ready. The clerk said he would rush to prepare it, but he did not provide any explanation for the delay. When we finally received our pizza, we were disappointed. There was an excessive amount of feta cheese, which made it hard to find the vegetables. The plain cheese pizza also took an unusually long time to cook, resulting in a rather soggy crust. We've been loyal customers for several years and have always enjoyed the pizza, so it's unfortunate that this experience fell short. Unfortunately, we are unlikely to order from here again.

I recently had an experience where I had to wait an additional 30 minutes past the scheduled pickup time for my online order. I ended up sitting in a camping chair they had placed by the front door. There was only one staff member managing everything, and I genuinely felt for the young woman who was trying to handle the entire operation all by herself.

I’ve had my orders mixed up three times at this location, and I’m quite disappointed. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. I’m not sure if there’s been a change in ownership in the last six months, but the service has certainly declined.
