Edo Japan-Edo International Food

Out of most of the food court options, Edo is probably the best choice. The Sukiyaki Beef is quite tasty. The staff prepare it quickly while you wait. You can watch them cook the meat and vegetables right in front of you. The ingredients are fresh and they serve it over white or brown rice. You can also have noodles, and Edo even offers sushi and bento boxes.

Good location, fast service, attentive staff. Owner was working while I was there and took the time to direct to some local vantage points.

I have stopped at this restaurant to get some quick sushi to go a number of times when on road trips to Kelowna and beyond. The food was always reasonable. After the experience I had yesterday, I doubt I'll go back. First of all, the woman at the counter didn't understand when I asked her a question about what was in one of the sushi rolls. She looked at me with a very puzzled face, then brought out a huge box and showed me the ingredient list for the spring rolls... Anyway, we ordered a stir fry (chicken teriyaki) and some sushi. The tuna on the sushi looked dry and discolored -yellowy. The chicken teriyaki was greasy and didn't taste right. None of us felt great after lunch. This place definitely used to be better. Not sure what has happened.

Made fresh and tasty every time,. Nice little restaurant---located next to Earls in Vernon. Have eaten here numerous times.....never been disappointed. Will go there again for sure!

Very friendly staff. Made my order without one ingredient which was very appreciated. Love the California rolls. Any stir fry dishes are a hit. Good for takeout. Convenient parking infront.
