Domino's Pizza - Vernon

I have been living in Vernon, BC for seven years. This past Saturday, July 9th, I received the worst service and possibly the worst pizza I have ever had from Domino's. There was no effort made by the business management to rectify the situation. I received a soggy, cold pizza that was not made according to my request. Additionally, I was forced to order a dip because of their $15 minimum for delivery, even though my order only totaled $14.94. In a time when the food service industry is struggling, it is disappointing that Domino's does not seem to value their customers. This experience left a deep impression on me. I have been getting pizza from this place regularly for the past few months. The orders are always correct and ready on time for pick up. The staff is friendly. The restaurant is conveniently located but has limited parking spots.

After trying out Dominos at another location, we decided to visit this one. We were promptly greeted and served, and our order was prepared quickly. The pizzas were fresh, piping hot, and loaded with toppings. With great value for the price, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience at this restaurant.

Last time, I had Dominos, that I didn't like it at all, that everyone changed after today. I had a very nice hand-painted pizza. The crust was just perfect, I'm usually a thin crust fan, but that was so good. I had... coupon and only 12.99 before tax for a big with 5 toppings, so it is really good value for money.

Sports team we preordered 8 larches pizzas to arrive at the bus at a certain time. Delivered on time and order correct. 15% discount for 7+ large pizzas.
