Burger King - Vernon Rockville

I stopped at this restaurant on my way from Lowell, Massachusetts back to Connecticut. The traffic on the highway was building up, but it was easy to get in and out of the restaurant. We were greeted warmly when we entered. Our order was taken promptly, and by the time we had filled our drinks and found a nice table by the window, our food was ready. The fries were fresh, and the soda machine was well maintained. My nephew had a bacon cheeseburger, and I had an impossible burger meal. Both burgers were delicious. The only downside was that my burger seemed a bit frozen in the middle, but other than that, it was good. The restaurant was clean, and I even used the restroom without any issues. Overall, it was definitely worth a stop.

This restaurant has the best drive-thru service, management, and overall customer experience. I especially appreciate the drive-thru speaker attendant, Jade, who is knowledgeable, courteous, and patient.

Initially, I was concerned about the long line of cars at the drive-thru. However, the staff efficiently and cheerfully ushered everyone through in a timely manner.

Came late at night when it wasn’t busy staff was mad quick took less then 10 minutes to get food and the staff was courteous solid Burger King.
