Burrito Express - Vernon Hills

The staff was great and knowledgeable about the menu and could give recommendations. They have fair prices for their quality of food. The options are great and there are many of them. It is definitely worth coming!

Eat here never disappointed. I often came to my lunch from work a few years ago and fell in love with her food here. I remember her super king Burrito was massive, but this last time I left, it seemed smaller. I also noticed the elevated prices, but I assume it is for the pandemic and the economy from the struggle. I understand the change. While the minors are changing, the food is still fantastic and just as I remember. Horchata is so refreshing and can drink all day if I could. Service was good and fast, a pretty good authentic restaurant near the business district of Vernon Hills.

It is an authentic Mexican restaurant that is a must in the area. The food here was delicious and definitely authentic. I was looking for a good restaurant for lunch, and when I saw that, I did not hesitate to come in. A very nice, comfortable, casual and at the same time beautiful mood welcomed me. The restaurant also has the most beautiful, friendly and welcoming staff. It also smells well inside, to the point that I really felt hungry, so I immediately ordered food. The menu has a good option. Based on their menu, prices were also fair and appropriate. I just ordered her King Steak Burrito and some Quesadillas, and minutes later I already ate it. The service was really fast in this restaurant, and the food was always hot. The Burrito has a nice part. It's big because it was her king Burrito, but I guess her food really has a huge part because the queen I ordered was kind of huge too. When it comes to taste, I could just say it was delicious. Everything was on the spot. The Burrito was good. The steak and every single ingredient in the burrito just melt in my mouth. It tasted really good because it was very fresh. I would say it is a must-visit place not only because the food was delicious, but also for many other reasons. The reasons are that it has a nice location with a lot of parking. The ambience at the restaurant was great. Prices are reasonable. Especially the service is excellent.

Vernon Hills King Burrito was delicious, but the chicken was a little dry in the chicken stable. The chorizo tacos were also a little dry. Portion size is very generous.

Traveling from Houston, TX we were craving some breakfast tacos and stumbled upon this hidden Gem! Great authentic Mexican food. We had the chilaquiles, huevos rancheros, and kiddos were able to split and share the King Breakfast burrito! Super delicious and tasty. Green salsa is the way to go! They have the menu with huge print on the entry wall, make a selection, and its counter service. Prices were great for the portions and they have Jarritos, if you don't know, well then you gotta have the grapefruit and tamarindo ones with breakfast. Trust you'll enjoy!
